Position Description: Estimator/ Project Manager
Luse Thermal Technologies (LTT) of Aurora Illinois, founded in 1923, is seeking an individual to serve as an Estimator/ Project Manager. This role requires that you estimate, secure and execute mechanical insulation projects within the LTT operating territory and within established policies and procedures. This is a “cradle to grave position” with support from warehouse operations, the LTT Superintendent, LTT Accounting and the General Manager. An established person in this position will be responsible for $2 million to approximately $4 million in annual sales. The individual will have the opportunity to provide services in all industries and segments of the market place. We pride ourselves on our “A to Z” ability to perform.
The position is a salaried position with an established bonus plan. Other benefits include vehicle mileage or allowance, medical, optical and dental insurance, 401-k participation, profit sharing, Life Insurance, Vacation, Holiday and Sick Day Pay. This position reports to the General Manager of LTT.
Skills required to perform in this position include the ability to establish strong intrapersonal relationships, excellent computer software knowledge, computerized Estimating and software knowledge, field take off, profitability forecasting, means and methods. We prefer a candidate from the existing market with a minimum of 5 years’ experience; however, a relocation assistance plan may be considered for candidates outside the area.
