SCOPE OF WORK: Luse paired with an outside contractor to install Polyiso Rigid Form Insulation on critical utilities (steam, soft water, drain), plant utility piping (chilled & heating water, refrigeration, and tower water) and PVC Jacketing on exposed piping.
VALUE ENGINEERING: Our team changed the Eslin Insulation to Fiberglass as the engineered specification didn’t fit the project's requirements. A new speculation was also created by Luse Thermal Technologies to change the Polyiso insulation thickness.
SUCCESS: Luse was able to provide insight into changes required to fit project needs that resulted in additional opportunities with Fresenius-Kabi.
